An AFT WhizWheel is used to provide a fast, reliable, clean and cost effective method of installing drainage systems. The WhizWheel can dig a narrow trench wide enough for the plastic pipe, but narrow enough to minimize surface disturbance and promote rapid and invisible turf recovery. The soil from the trench is then collected and removed into a trailer running alongside by a high level conveyor.

Once the pipe is laid, a hopper is used to backfill the trench with gravel and then sand where appropriate.
